I’ve been where you are. At one point, I was pushing through life and fitness the same way I did in my 20s—overworking, under-recovering, and ignoring the toll it was taking on my health. My wake-up call came when I suffered a panic attack that led to a stroke. That was the moment I realized that the "push harder" mentality wasn’t the answer.
Through personal experience and years of study in kinesiology, mixed martial arts, and healing arts, I discovered that the real key to success is a balanced approach to fitness and life.
